Who can purchase from Wilora?

For legal and safety reasons, you must be 18 years or older to purchase any knives, axes or training equipment from Wilora.

By placing an order on our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally permitted to purchase and possess the items under your local laws.

We reserve the right to cancel any order where age verification cannot be reasonably satisfied.

How does shipping and delivery work?

Once an order is placed, our team will collect your product and package, so please allow up to 72 hours for our team to pick and pack your order.

Your product will be sent via a national courier to your house (generally Australia Post, Aramex or other local carriers), and then it should arrive within 2-8 business days.

Please note: delivery times may be longer for regional or remote areas, depending on the courier’s delivery schedules and service coverage.

As soon as your order is sent you will receive a shipping confirmation email from us complete with a tracking number so you can follow it.

How much do I pay for shipping?

If you’re located in Australia, nothing at all.
We offer free shipping Australia-wide.

Do you have a returns policy?

We offer free returns within 30 days from the date of delivery.

However, not all items are eligible. Any exclusions will be clearly stated on the product page and/or at checkout. To be eligible for a return:

1. The return must be initiated and lodged within 30 days of delivery.

2. Items must not be marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable, unless faulty.

3. Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition, including branded boxes and packaging.

You may be asked to provide photos of the item before returning so we can assess its condition.

Please note: If you return an item that was part of a bundle, the original bundle pricing will no longer apply.
